Should I measure my wrist before ordering a bracelet?

Yes, we highly recommend knowing the wrist measurements before placing an order. To measure for bracelet size, follow these steps:
- Use a flexible measuring tape: If you have one, wrap it around your wrist just above the bone where you’d normally wear a bracelet.
- Mark the measurement: Make sure the tape is snug but not too tight. Note the measurement where the tape overlaps.
- Consider whether to add extra length: To find your ideal bracelet size, most find fit is best when adding about 0.5 to 1 inch (1.3 to 2.5 cm) to your wrist measurement for comfort, depending on how you like your bracelets to fit.
- Alternatively, use a string or strip of paper: If you don’t have a measuring tape, you can wrap a string or strip of paper around your wrist, mark the point where it meets, and then measure that length with a ruler.
- Check with a size chart: Compare your final measurement to a standard bracelet size chart to determine your size.

Do I need to know the ring size before I place an order?

Yes, we highly recommend knowing the ring size. To measure ring size at home, follow these steps:
- Measure. Use a string or piece of paper. Wrap it around the base of your finger where the ring will sit. Ensure it's snug, but not too tight.
- Capture. Mark the overlap with a pen
- Measure the length. Use a ruler to measure the length in millimeters.
- Match to a ring size chart. Compare the measurements to a standard ring size chart to find your size. Each ring size corresponds to a specific circumference in millimeters.
Alternatively you can use a printable ring sizer or visit a jeweler for a precise measurement.

The product received looks slightly different that the image. Why?

Quality is top priority to us. We inspect each item prior to shipment. Many products are handcrafted and made from natural components - such a wood, pearl, natural stone, or metal.
Small markings or unique colorations are often a reflection of the components' natural properties and give the piece its one-of-a-kind character.
If you are unsatisfied with a product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at returns@ibackisrael.com

What is the significance of Israel olive wood in Christianity?

Olive wood from Israel holds deep significance in Christianity due to its biblical and spiritual connections. The olive tree is frequently mentioned in the Bible, symbolizing peace, prosperity, and the relationship between God and His people. Olive wood is often associated with the Mount of Olives, where significant events in Jesus' life occurred, including his prayers before the crucifixion. I Back Israel is collaborating with skilled artisans in the Holy Land using olive wood to handcraft religious items out of local Israel olive wood.
