How much is shipping?
In celebration of I Back Israel's recent launch, for a limited time shipping is FREE.
Currently, we ship to the continental United States.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept online payments from Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Paypal, ApplePay, and Google Pay.
You’ll see these options when you visit our checkout page.
Can the purchase be sent as a gift?
Absolutely. To designate the purchase as a gift you MUST add a personalized message in View Cart (after the item has been added to the cart, ahead of checkout).
When checking out, make sure that you enter the RECIPIENTS' shipping address.
For gifts, there will be no invoice in the package.
Customer Service
I have not yet received my order confirmation. What should I do?
Sending order confirmations can sometimes take up to 24 hours.
